The Maryland Transportation Authority has begun to advertise a series of contracts to construct the I-95 Express Toll Lanes (ETLs) Project.  Construction of the entire I-95 Express Toll Lanes Project, including mainline widening, will require approximately five years and multiple contracts. Contracts advertised or to be advertised through January 2008 are listed below.
